But there are a lot of infection specially viral infection where CBC report may be normal.
Whether your body has an infection can't be told by only a blood report.
Your symptoms and clinical examination will guide a doctor to prescribe appropriate test to detect infection.
Only then presence or absence of infection can be asserted.
Sometimes without any test we can say that anyone have infection only depending on the symptoms.
It's a variable and complicated science and not straightforward.
