Flu

I am some uncomfortable breathing , my nose seems clean , I take easy breaths but its kind of unsatisfactory, My CT scan , PFt, Xray, Spo2 all things are normal, There is not Chest tightness or cough or fever, Is it gastric issue or anxiety?

Suffering from periodic breathlessness. Feel the need to take deep breaths to feel comfortable.some days I feel completely fine and the other days I feel uncomfortable breathing.  Pain in calf muscles and arms. It's been 30 days since I had Covid. It was very mild. Taking multivitamins, protein diet since den . But no improvement. Is it due to anxiety? Or any other reason? Kindly help.

I just got a random CBC Test 2 weeks after getting covishield vaccine and it shows that I have platelet count at around 100,000. I have no other symptom or bruising or anything. Is the low platelet serious and related to vac? Should I consult a local doctor?

Post Covid i feel fatigued and have body ache and regular headaches.. is it normal.. no symptoms as such.. All medicine as prescribed has been taken.. My Covid was deducted on 25th May 2021 All medicines were prescribed for 2 week Already have completed 21 days of isolation. Didn't have much symptoms during covid as well

Got first symptom of Covid on 29 April.. Got tested on May 20 and it was Negative . Post Covid High D-Dimer observed.. taken Rivaroxban 10mg OD for 20 days.. Got all inflammatory tests done again on 9th Jun CRP, ESR, CBC, Feretin, LDH, D-Dimer.. all are well within range except LDH which was less than limit . From 8 th June geting mild fever (98.8 - 99.4) during the day (afternoon) which gets back to normal till evening and remains below 98.6 till morning. NOT taking any PCM or other medication.. is there some medication required to be added like any Antibiotic for few days.?
