My spo2 level keep changing from 95-98 .. sometimes they fluctuate between 96-97 too.. is it normal ?

I am using foracort inhaler 400 since april. Doctoe has prescribed this medicine for covid 19 treatment. During covid recovery period, as i felt slight chest tightness, doctor recommended to continue this medicine for two months. However doctor gave gap of two weeks in middle. Since then i felt slight heavy voice. It is not even noticable. Some people told that i havw slight heavy voice. I do not have cough, sore throat or difficulty in swallowing. Sometimes two oe three times i need to clean my voice. Is it normal?

Can presence of heavy growth of k. pneumonia shows hyperinflation of lungs on chest xray? Only symptoms were chronic cough and phlegm. Will it reverse back to normal when pneumonia is treated? Please enlighten..

Currently taking anxiety medicine. whenever i am trying to sleep without medicine say in morning at that moment i suddenly wake up ..or i can say brain wakes me up..i measure with oximeter at that tym spo2 decrease to 91 92..otherwise spo2 is normal..i had covid in april. another situation ..when i try to sleep and i wake up suddenly similar to above situation sometimes my pulse decreases to 47..today it decreased nd then suddenly increased to 110. plz is this common or what test are required.what can i do .plz find solutn to this problem sir🙏🙏🙏
