I had diagnosed with covid 19, I have recovered from it and it's been 20 days I got affected, and now I have this difficulty in yawning and I am struggling to take out the breath from inside ,like I have to wait for long time to breath out.this is from 2 days. I don't have any other problems. I feel this only when I eat some cold things like milk, apple etc. Could you please help me out what to do for this?

Hi In the past few weeks i am checking my Brother BP and they are like (in past few weeks) 161/98, 144/101 , 152/90, 152/108, 135/100 , 158/107, 148/85 ,106/94 ,148/85, 157/102, 124/97 It seems to me that it is high( don't know exactly) .Also He is not taking any medication. Now he wants to take the covishield vaccine so should he take it or firstly control his BP.(His Weight is 130Kg though).
