My mother 74 yrs had been advised to take Tab Moxyclav CV 375 ( BD for 10 days) for her urinary tract infection. We are not getting the medicine can we take Clavam or Augmentin 375

On 18 April I had symptoms like Corona. Went for Corona checkup but report were negative. I was sick for 10 days and weakness was around 15 days. I knew it was Corona. Took dolo 650, antibiotic, Vietnam-C and zincovit. Took vaccine on 25 May (Covishield). Now I'm feeling like my blood has been thickened. Firstly I had too much weakness in legs and sometimes pain in leg muscles. Now some time I feel some time pain in hand (rarely). Will it heal by it self by the time or need to take blood thinner tablet. Does blood thinner has long time site effects or it is as simple as other regular medicines. What food or routine should I follow to thin my blood if I dont want to go with blood thinner tablet. Or it's ok to have thinner pills ? Thanks in advance for your valuable advice.

My mother's fasting blood sugar came as 125, hba1C came 6.7 She is taking Metformin 500 mg twice a day for about a month now. Just want to check if we need to change her medicine ?
