I have vaccinated pfizer on 28/06. In morning I feel dizziness and I have checked BP is 100/60. Later sometimes my raised to 117/80. My bp is fluctuating. Past 3 days I have this issue . Also I drinking more water . 2 days back I have checked my ECG and blood test(CBC, CRP, D DIMER) it's normal . Please help me.

I am 30 yr old woman having covid 2 month back. But now I feel anxiety and sinus tachycardia and short PR interval in ECG report . My SpO2 level is 98 and BP is less than 100/80. Suggest me what I do ECG is attached

My father (53/male)has found a wound on his right leg as attached in image. He do not recollect what is the cause of wound. From last 4days it is swelling and found some puss aswell. I took my 2nd dose of covaxin on last Friday and after 4 days, I started having pain in my vaccinated arm specially on that area, where I took the vaccine, however there is neither clot nor sore on that area, should I visit doctor?
