My throat lump more than last 15day When i try to swallowing feeling something in my throat But food - water swallowing easily what is problem Please tell me

I have upcoming exams which I couldn't prepare for because of the demise of my Mum's sister and my grandmother due to covid complications. To opt out of the examination, the institute requires the above fact to be certified by the Registered medical practitioner. Please help.

Cannot make complete sentences and is 2 years and 6 months old. Can talk small words however do not phrase the entire sentence. Kids of her age generally starts talking may be not that clear but they make small  sentences. Please suggest

Hi Doctor, Good Morning. I had vaccinated 1st dose with Covaxin on June 2nd to my left arm. After 10 days I got pain in the vaccinated area. From then now also pain is there. I am not able to move the hand freely. I am able to lift the hand above shoulders with great difficulty. Now I had scheduled 2nd dose of vaccine. Shall I proceed to take vaccine? I have to take the vaccine only to arm? I am afraid, if I take vaccine to right arm and if I get the pain like left arm, then it will be very difficult for me. Please advice me. If any investigation to be done before taking 2nd dose, I may cancel my vaccine schedule also.

I have fever from 3 days aroun 100F. Now I am Ok. But Blood test report Typhoid positive. CRP increase and D DIMER IS 4.20 mg/L.Is it covid positive symptom?

Doctor i am previously vaccinated with 4 dose of anti rabies vaccine 4 months ago and again a street dog scratch me with nails on so i took 2 booster dose 1st dose on 20/06/21 ( Day 0 ) My 2nd dose was on 23rd June but i was out of town so took 2nd booster dose on 27/06/21 Do i need to take more rabies vaccine due to delay.
