Doctor i have seen dark blue coloured spot look like vein in palato pharyngeal muscle at base of tongue ...most of them saying its vein ...i have attached pics

Res doctor i am suffering from chronic pharyngitis so i watched my mouth in mirror deeply i seen o blue coloured spot on bottom of paryngeal muscle area at base of tongue..it is not bule dont give discomfort..my question is it normal to see vein (that spot) ..only one side i can able to see .on left side its not visible... Please see right side deeply on my throat

Hello. I experience occasional bouts of migraine and when it becomes too unbearable I take aspirin for relief . Yesterday I took my first jab of covishield which triggered my migraine along with fever. The migraine is severe. Can I take the usual dose of aspirin after vaccination? Please help.
