Is it normal to have fever post 24 hrs of vaccinated? My fever is 99-101 degrees and coming back in 6 hours gap. Please suggest.

I have gone through blood test and found below problems: Dyslipidemia Liver enzymes increase Grade 2 Fatty Liver (USG) High Uric Acid After one month medicine my report was:- Total Cholesterol :- 97 All liver enzymes are normal but alt slightly high(low from previous) But my problem is I am facing weight loss and muscle loss . My current weight is 65 kg which was 73 before 2 months. Dr. diagnosis as all post covid effect though I was asymptomatic and didn't know when I was affected.

Vit D- 21 and Vit b12-158 do I have a deficiency? And can this be a reason for frequent headaches and low grade evening fever. My ESR is also always elevated can this deficiency be a reason?

Hi I want to get vaccinated against covid as iam planning to travel somewhere on 17 June. I delivered my baby 3 months back through c section. Also iam nursing and handling the baby. Can I continue to nurse my baby right after receiving the Covishield vaccination? And since I had a c section, receiving covishield would be safe?

Can I take mefenamic acid tablet for fever ? Or only dolo 650 should be taken. I have got headache and mild after Vaccine. Is headache a side effect too ?
