Sir From last 2,3 months i m suffering from lower back pain.. Its very painful and causes stiffness. I have experienced same pain long time ago but at that time doctor prescribed me some anti gerd (rabeprazole and domperidone) capsule daily empty stomach in the morning. Its completely gets cured in 10-15 days.. Now i m experiencing same problem again.. i have tried same capsule again and yes i get some relief for few days but not permanent solution. Also my symptoms get worse when i take dairy products like milk, paneer, curd etc Plz help me out to identify the problem

Dear Doctors, yesterday my father's left foot swelling observed. Pic attached. Today also it still exists. He is feeling pain while he walking. He is on diabetes and BP medication as described in the form. Covid treated last month and discharged. No too much weakness found. He is saying that leg pain only concerning him more. My mother's hemoglobin was 6.7 on 24th June however after again a recheck on 29th June,it reached 7.6,I changed her diet and started giving her food that helps in formation of hemoglobin from 24th ,my doctor suggested for blood transfusion with 1 pint even after seeing the increased hemoglobin, the problem is I am afraid to visit hospitals right now due to risk of corona and other infections, my mother has weak immunity due to pre-existing conditions like thyriod, diabetes, blood pressure ,please suggest me what should be done,should I wait to cover up the hemoglobin with good diet or should I get her transfused?

From 2-3 days i am feeling my left hand and foot is a little lighter than right. Although I am having no problem in lifting and doing work from them. It's just that they both feel more fatigued like i have done a lot of work from them. I sometimes suffering from low bp too. Why is this happening? I also suffer from anxiety,health anxiety and depression. I am overthinking?
