Left arm pain 2-3 days sometimes, kindly advice any medicine, feeling pain left hand muscle with mildly jaw sometimes.Not highly pain kindly advice.

My father (53/male)has found a wound on his right leg as attached in image. He do not recollect what is the cause of wound. From last 4days it is swelling and found some puss aswell. Consulted a local doctor and taking medication. But it is not improved. We just gave a fasting sugar test and the value came around 130. Gave test for hba1c aswell,waiting for report.  Few months back we have blood sugar test it was normal 6months back. Can anyone tell me what is this wound called?

I took my 2nd dose of covaxin on last Friday and after 4 days, I started having pain in my vaccinated arm specially on that area, where I took the vaccine, however there is neither clot nor sore on that area, should I visit doctor?
