My body is full of dirt(maila in hindi)..inspite of regular vathing and trying to be clean ,these cant be removed easily ..is there any medical product or something you want yo suggest to remove the dirt easily

Hi In the past few weeks i am checking my Brother BP and they are like (in past few weeks) 161/98, 144/101 , 152/90, 152/108, 135/100 , 158/107, 148/85 ,106/94 ,148/85, 157/102, 124/97 It seems to me that it is high( don't know exactly) .Also He is not taking any medication. Now he wants to take the covishield vaccine so should he take it or firstly control his BP.(His Weight is 130Kg though).
