How much whey protein powder can i take at once? I have read in one hour only 10gm protein can get digested, rest goes to waste. But i should also intake at least 50 gm protein considering my weight is 58kg. Can i take only 10gm protein at once? I'll have to eat it 5 times a day to complete my needed intake.
