Hello Doctor, I started suffering with chills,fever & body ache before 4 days. Now it turned into cold, cough, mild body ache & running nose. Performed RTPCR & its negative. Consuming Tab. sinarest twice/day but relief is temporary. Can anyone prescribe any medicines, please?

After taking Covishield yesterday,high fever is running,102.5°F .Fever is not properly subsiding.I am scared.After 4 hours again fever increases.I should have taken p650 after 6 hours but I need to take it after 4 hours as the fever tend to increase high.
