My wife has had hypothyroid since 2017. She was taking Thyronorm 12.5 mg since last year but recent reports show TSH level of 10. Should the dosage be increased? To how much?

I am feeling dizzy recently. It is a wobbly sensation as if the room is moving around me. I dont necessarily feel a loss of balance. It occurred before a month back. This is sometimes accompanied by head ache on the temple around the eyes and some times spreads to the back of the head. 1st when it occured i went to an eye specialist my power was recently corrected then ot stopped but again after 1 month i am having this problem. I am feeling so for the past 5 days now Sometimes i have a pulsating feeling in my head when the dizziness happens. Should i be worried?

Hi I have redness in throat for over 3 months now. There are red lines at the back of my throat and sometime I feel like there's slight irritation and itching in the throat. I also had high fever 1 month back which lasted for 3 days (non covid) I've had gastric issues ever since I recovered from covid in January. Also, sometimes by body temperature is 99 in the evenings.
