Fever, Headache, Infections. Happening?

Today is day 6th. Till yesterday I was having a high grade fever. Though the fever would go away for a while after taking paracetamol it would come back again. As you can see, I started to take those medications starting today. I am attaching my test reports and based on that can you tell me what is actually happening? Well there's URINE R/E too but since more than two attachments are not allowed can give the details here Physical Qty - 10ml Colour - Pale Yellow Sediment - Absent Specific Gravity - 1.030 Appearance - Cloudy Chemical Reaction - Acidic Sugar - Nil Albumin - (+) Ph - 6.0 Microscopic RBC - 1-2/HPF Pus Cell - 4-6/HPF Epithelial Cell - 1-2/HPF Crystal Cast Bacteria It's been said that I have sort of infection in urine and jaundice.
