I have fever headache and throat pain
It started with some UTI infection out of nowhere.. then I started having sore throat.. n today I feel feverish, have bad headache and sore throat.

I do understand your problem, UTI and Sore throat are different entities. May be in your case UTI land up causing decrease immunity resulting in viral infection leading to sore throat.
