I got fever and throat infection. .feeling very weak . One side nostril is chocked. What to be done??

Drink plenty of water,eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods.
Gargle with warm salt water. gargling several times a day can help relieve throat pain....you will require antibiotics to clear up infection..

hi since you must do warm saline gargles thrice a day , and for fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg twice a day. do bed rest and and take steam inhalation most likely due to weather change you might have viral infection which will subside soon .
Next Steps
bed rest , saline gargles , and steam inahalation for five days .

avoid uncooked food items from outside for few days.
