I am suffering from fever from last 3 days, I am taking dolo 650 mg but fever not reducing ,I want to know that it can be COVID or not ,My fever is above 100

It can be viral fever as well as covid.
Do you have came in contact with any positive .
Though it can be malaria / dengue / typhoid etc. It needs assessment .
