Medicine for B12 deficiency
I had covid along with post covid complications since April 7th. Currently I have all the symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency but test results shown it as 205pg/ml which I guess is at lower border line.
Can someone please suggest some B12 deficiency medicine with no side effects.
