Generally my stool is so hard that when I passes it I bleed and in pain this is happening continuous now I am feeling feverish and weak and vomit as well

I have fever, cough & cold and a sore throat and terrible back pain. Kindly suggest some medicine. My mother took the 1st dose of Covishield on Friday 23rd July. On Sunday, 25th, she developed a blackish spot located approximately 3 inches below the jab site. I got covid 8 months back from hcq400 then it's side effects to remedesivir and hospital protocol I have beared it all, I was asymptomatic but they gave me everything and now normal protocol is banned for asymptomatic patients, putting this aside took vaccination and my thuds or PACs increased for first dose on that day, I don't want to get any ecg and any tests done and don't want to take any vaccination second dose im fed up and lost my hope in the system, im a student and i feel normal now, im not taking the second dose is it okay ?

Hello doctor I tested positive for h pylori through stool test took the treatment for 14 days and then waited for 21 days to take the next stool test it came out negative soo the bacteria is gone right?
