Doctor i completed anti rabies vaccination schedule of 4 dose intradermal from government hospital on 4/7/21 Day 0 7/7/21 Day 3 11/7/21 Day 7 1/8/21 Day 28 And today again a street dog scratch me with nails with minor little bleeding no wound just a small line so should again i have to take anti rabies vaccine booster dose.

I had iron infusion one month ago in hand two doses went well but third dose i had in elbow i had swelling no colorchange .. swelling went away in 3 days but pain in that hand is there full hand feel weak with little pain , i am applying thrombopheb ointmebt.. will it go own or is it serious .. pls help cold and heat i am applying will it affect

My mom 47 years old has lost about 2.5- 3kg in the past 8-10 months. Now she weighs 52.5 kg . She is not dieting and is continuing her normal food and exercise harbits. She got a blood test done  and her sugar, thyroid and other parameters are normal.As she is  perimenopausal can the weight loss be due to harmonal imbalance due to perimenopause ? Is there anything to worry about her unexplained weight loss? Please advise
