She has back pain more... Need medicine now... Help...she is not feeling well... Had taken PAN D tablet

Hello doctor, I'm 22 years old. Yesterday, I got a small cut on my toe, from probably rusted gas cylinder. The last time I had taken a tetanus injection was 2 years back. And before that also I have taken it few times. Also I think I have been immunised for tetanus in childhood. I looked up online and it said there are two types of tetanus injections one active one, which builds up immunity slowly over weeks and one called tetanus immuno globulin which administers antibodies directly to help with a recent cut. It has already been more than 24 hours since the cut. So do I need to take a tetanus injection for the cut or will I be having protection from injection taken 2 years back and need not take it? And If I need to take which one should I be taking, the active vaccine which builds up immunity slowly or the passive immuno globulin one? Which is the type of tetanus injection generally given by physicians in India?

Iam recovered from covid 60 days back, my body temp day time always 99.2 , morning and night are come back to normal. At evening it's peak like 99.4, in A/C room always low why? Any reinfect or Any other iam also vaccinated 15 days back. Pls suggest iam very worried. Regards.

Hello, I had cold and cough from 2days. Now I'm not having runny nose but thick cough I'm getting. In Bangalore daily it's raining and I'm traveling to office maybe that could be a problem. I took Montek lc from 2days now runny nose is not there. Only coughing. Im taking asthakind lc syrup for cough. Can you please suggest better medicine. Thank you

Even after 2 months of covid recovery, I feel chest pain usually burning and Sharp needle like feeling, My Spo2, CBC, D-Dimer and CRP are all normal I have cold symptoms, excessive runny nose, no fever or cough. My hands and legs suddenly starts to shake, it usually comes and goes and I have pain in neck not much but only around the jaw, I can't do much physical activity like before, I'm overweight.
