I have severe vit b12 and d deficiency. After blood test I found that my vitamin d level is 6.20 ng/ml and b12 is 83 pg/ml. I have problem in walking, my foot hurts when I walk. Please advice me on which supplements to take and should I take injection for b12 or not. I have been prescribed neurobion forte and shelcal by my family doctor. Kindly advice...
