I'm having very frequent headaches which are quite unbearable So I have to take medicine every time

Is it serious if someone is having spotting and clots for more than 20 days but no periods. Sometimes there is cramps too and then passing some larger clots without any bleeding.

Hello Doctor, I am 26 years old Female, housewife. My Weight is 65 kg. I'm feeling weakness in my body since from 4-5 days. I don't feel like to do work. I can't complete my Daily routine task or work also. My daily routine is just house work. I Spends time on mobile whenever feels bored. My Spo2 level is 98-99, heartbeats are in between 60-90. I don't have fever. I am taking Autrin Capsule for Hb. Since 2-3 days at night. One day i have took Paracetamol at night. My Daily Rountine 1. First of all i don't feel sleepy at night I sleeps late at night around 3-4 o'clock 2. That's y i woke ups late around 12 o'clock afternoon 3. I don't eat afternoon lunch 4. I drink directly tea and biscuits in afternoon around 3pm 5. Then directly i eat my dinner around 9.30pm 6. I don't go out of the house since 1 year 7. I don't eat fruits too I only eat homefood like Chicken, Vegetables, Eggs and sometimes fish. Pls doctor help me in this matter

Hello doctor I am having high fever since Thursday Night. I have been tested negetive for COVID. Taking medicine since Friday but fever comes down and rises up again. Doctor has prescribed Amoxicillin and some other antiallergic medicine. After taking Meftal tablet fever came down slowly to 99.5 on day 1 but on day 2 I took simple paracetamol prescribed by doctor, so the fever came down and rose back to 102 very quickly. Is this normal or should I take a second opinion.

It's been a week suddenly my both elbows r in pain mild to medium level. I am 34 at age. The pain comes and goes, I might have done some wrong moves in exercises, but it's too long now since I've done any such exercise recently to consider. The pain comes especially in the morning and night, may be I ignore in day time - is it anything serious?

My 2 year old sometimes gets fever at middle of the night for no apparent reason. AC is switched on at 27 degree. What could be the reason? Also, he has got a habit of drinking water 2-3 times in the middle of the night while AC remains on. This looks little unusual to me. Pls advise. Regards
