Is there any fever medicine which  is more stronger then Dolo 650. That can reduce fever and body pain.

In the middle of the night, a bat hit the ceiling fan and landed on my blanket. I only found out few hours later after I woke up in the morning. When I picked it up (wearing gloves and used tissue paper) to set outside, it was alive. From what I've read so far online it was most likely a fruit bat and that they almost never bite, but if they do one doesn't realise and the marks are non present. Since the bat was settled onto the blanket for a few hours and I must have moved around in my sleep, should I take a precautionary rabies shot? And if yes, what's the ideal window?

I got a tertanus shot yesterday (tt amp). Since today morning i am feeling cold, feverish and fatigued. I have mild pain in my arm where it was administered. I have not had a tt shot in over 10 years before this. Is this expected? Should i take paracetamol ?

I feel hesitancy in taking covid vaccines. Firstly, From how many days before I stop taking outdoor (street food) to the day on which i will get vaccinated. Because i think street food may contain virus and it may be harmful for anyone to take vaccine with parallel eating outdoor food. Secondly, After taking vaccine how many days I should restrain myself from taking outdoor food or meeting with anyone. Hi , After starting of rainy season felt cold bcz of weather and down with fever. How long this fever lasts ? What treatment is required? Does 100.5 degrees is a fever which needs medicine? Thank you
