Dear Doctors,Good Morning. Hi i am a 24 years old, from the last few years i am having a problem in stomach such as gas trouble, stomach fullness and sometime consitpation also. Due to this issue i always felts some pain in left chest, left hand and sometime left leg also then i had visited a cardilogist then i have taken ECG on March-2021 which were normal, and then i took TMT test that also came normal and doctor said it is due to acidity. But from the last 3-4 days i am having too much discomfortness in stomach like Something stuck at the left throat, Stomach fullness and burping. But today i am feeling some discomfortness in left whole hand and left leg too. I don't have any chest pain, leg pain or hand pain. Only doscomfortness likr numbness or tingling. Should i worry about this symptoms?. Does this point out some issue in heart or something in the stomach. I feel so stressed and anxious about it. I feel like it is a heart problem even ECG is normal. Please guide me.

Is it true that when we go to sleep at night, the immune system is on a little weaker side, and when we are awake then immune system is normal or strong.

Liver function test shows Sgot level 27 U/L and Sgpt 20 U/L. The ratio is 1.35. Is it normal to have the ratio above 1?
