My mother have a fever of 102 I give her taxim 0 200 mg and meftal 500 its almost 1hr but fever is there 102.. in checked oxygen level its 98 what to do .. for fever

Hello doctor, On right side of face above lips near moustache area there is sudden creation of grooves like a dot and she feels twitching (phadakna). This appears and disappear frequently. Hi, My husband got high fever 102 from past 4 days and after taking Dolo , his fever gets normal and then again rise. It's not normal at all. Second day he got cough and cold. We went to doc, he admitted him with multivitamins and paracetamol. But still fever is not reducing. Had done the dengue test which is negative. His medicines are now changed to meftal and paracetamol. Kindly suggest. Do he need to get admitted.
