Pain, twitching in left leg
I'm facing low circulation and pain in left leg. Initially for many months, it was very minute and only some discomfort on some nerve on top of foot. Then it quickly, within the past 1 month, the pain spread to hip/ lower spine level. I was sitting and studying for many more than 6 months without any physical activity, before the pain started. The pain gets worse if i sit in a chair for even a few hours and feels like leg getting choked. The other leg is completely fine. What should I do? Please help me with your suggestions.

Needs lower limb venous and arterial doppler. Needs proper evaluation. Don't sit and study continuously. After 15 mins you do walking and stretches.
