Pain in legs
I am breast feeding mother and having pain in legs from  3 days. It is more at the time of running. It seems due to lack of calcium/vitamins. Please advise. It is less when taking rest.

Need to know more history and evaluate further, but most common cause is due to calcium and vitamin D deficiency in breast feeding mothers. Kindly take your supplements regularly as advised by your gynaecologist.  You might also be exerting yourself more while running in case you have started exercising recently.
Next Steps
Take your supplements regularly
Health Tips
consult your family physician before taking any over the counter medicines.
