I sanitize the medicine (aciloc 150) but when I noticed one side of medicine was cut of and I think some sanitizer might got inside and I took 1 medicine, what can I do now?

May I please know if there are any reactions of zossert 100mg with Mesacol 1200. I was under treatment for ocd with zossert 100mg , had stoped it for 2 years but am experiencing some issues now and have to start it again I think. But right now I am under medication for ulcerative colitis too, and am taking Mesacol 1200 twice daily. May I please know if they both taken together have any reaction. I was having zossert 100mg at night before sleep.

Im 29 yrs old female with 3n hlf yrs old child (cs). I got menarche at age 12, from then on I never had period cramps, but since 3-4 months im getting painfull cramps during menses every month.
