I have OCD and my psychiatric medications are running now my B.P has begin to rise I checked it and it was around 160/105 and now I am taking Amlodipine and atenolol for it how can I control it?? as it is in the initial state I don't want to take more medicines for my B.P as I already taking medicines for OCD

You continue your medication don't stop unless your treating doctor asked you to do.
You do Yoga, pranayama to control BP.
But it's very much unlikely to have such high pressure at your age. Needs to be evaluated properly.
Next Steps
do renal doppler, 2 D echo, Thyroid profile for further workup.
