I just received the last dose for vaccine of rabies 3 days ago and again got scratched by teeth of my unvaccinated puppy .as a week back he scratched me with teeth while playing their was blood but in small amount but I got the full course of vaccine and after 3 days the similar thing happened do I need vaccine again

I have fever 101 and i have taken AZAX 500 before 4 hours can i take paracetamol now to reduce fever and please suggest something for fatigue and suggest some tablets

Hi, I'm 26 years old female, going to turn 27 next month.. since so many years my cycle is like 1st and 2nd day heavy periods (4-5 pads a day) 3rd day it stops and 4th & 5th day only spoting (1 pad a day). Since last 2-3 months my periods are delayed by 7-8 days and also my vitamin b12/d3 is low (taking supplements now) and this month I just got heavy periods (1st and 2nd day) that's it.. No periods on 3rd, 4th , 5th day. I never get pain or cramps I'm 55 kg. Just wanted to know if this is normal? Or any medicine I can take to increase my periods flow..?
