Having sudden severe cold within a day.. had fever but subsided with paracetamol.. now have cold and headache... This happened from yesterday.. Is it required to take COVID test.. no other symptoms though... Note - Had a ice cream few days back..

Hi, I'm 26 years old female, going to turn 27 next month.. since so many years my cycle is like 1st and 2nd day heavy periods (4-5 pads a day) 3rd day it stops and 4th & 5th day only spoting (1 pad a day). Since last 2-3 months my periods are delayed by 7-8 days and also my vitamin b12/d3 is low (taking supplements now) and this month I just got heavy periods (1st and 2nd day) that's it.. No periods on 3rd, 4th , 5th day. I never get pain or cramps I'm 55 kg. Just wanted to know if this is normal? Or any medicine I can take to increase my periods flow..?
