Hi Doctors, Meet accident 8 months back. Injured right knee had 8 stitches. No pain since 8 months. Now at night time after sleeping around 2 am  that knee is getting lots of pain since three days this happing. But in day time there is no pain everything is normal. Suddenly blood pressure rise after marijuana consumption, numb sensation in the left hand finger. Even after a long time after smoking marijuana. Loss of sleep. Fear of dying. Is it panic attack? I am 28 years old, never had high blood pressure before. But only today it is 140 /80, heart rate over 100bpm.

I am suffering from fever from last 3 days, I am taking dolo 650 mg but fever not reducing ,I want to know that it can be COVID or not ,My fever is above 100
