I had covid along with post covid complications since April 7th. Currently I have all the symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency but test results shown it as 205pg/ml which I guess is at lower border line. Can someone please suggest some B12 deficiency medicine with no side effects.

6 days ago, My fever started at 100.6 accompanied with cough(wet cough brown phlegm) and weakness I took dolo and antibiotic, Next 2 days my fever varied from 99.3 to 100.5, But from last three days I am not having any fever my temperature varies from 97.4 to 98.4 . I feel more energetic then before , I do Rarely cough once or twice a day, Should I go for covid test ?? P.S. I recovered from covid around 2.5 months back

Hello doctor. My father,49, was diagnosed with a huge ganglion cyst at his wrist many years ago. He got it removed. Few months ago he started doing some exercises like push ups etc. Since then he has noticed another cyst at the same wrist. But it's very small. Why did it come back doctor?
