Is ensure powder good to drink? I'm having chest pain since long time and every test is normal. Everyone is saying drink ensure because you might have weak muscles. Is it safe to use at this age?

My bp is 140/100 now. Feeling a slight sensation on the sides of head. What to do? Should I intake some food or reach hospital immediately?

My head feels dizzy or light headed from past 4 days whenever i try to move my head or walk. There is also slight pain in back of head near back neck and in the left portion of back neck. I have fatigueness for almost 2 to 3 months and i was taking some blood tests . Recently I was having the shortness of breath sensation and doctor asked to do sinus CT and results were possitive. At same time my RBC level was droped from 5.2 to 4.33 between 3 months . Is it due to any reason and should I need to worry about that. My current Hemaglobin level is 13.3 Hematocrit level is 39. From sunday i am having gas trouble and indigestion, after that lot of burping occured. Now i am some discomfortness at the left edges of chest near the biceps areas. No pain only some discomfort. And also feeling heaviness in left abdomen. But no any pain. Please guide me. I am 25 years old. Can this be heart issue. I had taken ECG and TMT in feb-21 which is normal. Please guide me whether it is heart vondition or anything else?
