I am suffering from fever,cold cough from 2days please advice and suggestions for medicine Attached blood test reports

My wife got a very faint line on UPT today and she is one day past her expected period date. Last period date was 21st July and cycle length is 26days .Also today she is feeling a watery pink\red discharge. What needs to be done.

I had covid 4 months back with good amount of antibiotics and low dose steroids. I have been hearing of Antimicrobial resistance in recent times. Is there some test which can identify if my body has become Antimicrobial resistance or any symptoms?

I have a regular cycle of 27-32 days.Never missed period Or never had cycle which is 35days. I took IPill(Emergency pill) On last week Of my cycle means 26th Day of my cycle. 2days Later I got period like bleeding On 28th Day of my cycle which lasted 5days same as my period. 3days heavy flow, 1day light and last day on Tissue. Is It my period? If it is not when should I get my period?

I always feel cold. My temperature is always less than others like 36 to 36.5, sometimes 35.5. I have joint pain starting from neck to lower back. Because of which i sleep for less than 4hrs. Sometimes i dont sleep at all. I get cold induced headache. How is my immune system? Will taking vaccine bring side effects??

I took my second of covidshield on 14th aug, started getting rashes on the injected part, consulted the clinic where i got my shot, they asked me take antihistamine and will be fine, it's still the same and started getting infected on my thigh (attached it's pic)
