Fever for last 4 days
I have been suffering from fever for the last 4 days. The temerature decreases when i take paracetamol but again rises after 5-6 hrs of taking medicine. I am also taking Arithromycin of 2 doses. Kindly suggest if any test is needed ir it is just viral flu. The temperature stood highest at 100.7.

Mother of 4 month old baby,. Presently Breastfeeding. I took covisheild first dose in the morning. To avoid any feverish, I have take dolo 650 at 11pm at night. Is it fine ?
