We are in oman, after recent cyclone , my son catch cold. Then after severe cold he got breathing difficulty. We immediately visited to hospital, there the Dr recommended antibiotics sefrin 125mg  and then she given nebulization then checked spo2 it drops 85 to 70 then after repeated nebulization he got corrected, But two days of antibiotics still the spo2 oscillating between 91 to 93. We are much worried. Is this is a emergency, some times it will goto even 96 to 97. But mostly in 90 to 93 . Kindly it is ok or need to visit to Dr.

Is there any diet restriction or anything to avoid specifically when u have a gb polyp? Its 2.9mm and i need some information about this..

27 year old female. Had c section delivery 10 months back. Post delivery joint pains started and they are still there. Ankles are hurting and swelling sometimes. These pains are more in the morning. Neck is also stiff and cannot lift it up properly. Recently blood tests have been done and RA factor is negative, hb is 10.0. Pains are also there at elbow and shoulders as well. What these pains could be,please advise.
