Can I give an ayurvedic cough syrup to my mom who is a high BP patient? Normal cough syrups result is increase in BP and cannot be given. She is suffering from severe coughing.

Hello , I had suction and evacuation procedure on 4th Sept. And second dose of covisheild vaccine on 28th Sept. 2nd Oct I got periods. 1st day was normal. But after that having heavy periods and cramps.(6-7hrs /maxi napkin) What could be the reason. ?
