My stomach getting burn after eating or while empty at morning ...some time burning pain high intensity some time less intensity...throat gurgle and stomach rumbling..throat burning

My stomach feel flat and discomfort in the chest , neck area. Feels like something is stuck in my throat. What medicine shall i take ?

I have been recently diagnosed with chronic gerd and small errosion in food pipe under medication for same since a month recently contacted UTI i have been told to have antibiotics which make me feel very uneasy ,pukish ,palpable ,chilly and makes me very uncomfortable and very scared of it now can i get my uti treated without antibiotics i couldn't sleep whole night after taking antibiotic due to all the problems mentioned above and my acidity issues were also triggered I am currently on Citralka liquid Urispas (2times a day) Levoflox 500mg ( at night time) Can i skip or lessen the antibiotic and for how long And is urispas causing acidity issues or it is to do with my antibiotics only that after being on medication i still have heartburn acidity and a lot more Please help urgently 🙏🏻

So i got a tiny polyp of size 2.9mm in my ultrasound yesterday, wanted to know is this common in my age? And what should I do to reduce this? And i take omega 3 fatty acid capsules, will this worsen or aggravate the polyp or is it good? And please help me why is this happening with me! I am scared! My gastro doctor said to monitor it next year with another scan but i am worried. Btw I exercise regularly, i try to avoid fat as much as possible. But m really scared. Do these polyps regress or go away? In my family no 1 has had this int heir young age. My dad has underwent gb removal 2 years back. (When he was 62yo, due to gallstones ). He never had any issues during his early ages.. why is this happening to me. I am afraid of cancer. Attaching the report... please help me to deal with this, what all should I avoid? I am taking tryptometer for 1 week and i am having orthostatic hypotension . i get dizzy when i stand up. Shall i continue taking the medicine for 2 months ?
