Chest uneasiness and little pain
Hello Sir/Ma'am, I started doing Yoga last month(October last), at first I did little yoga and pranayam however I increased the pranayam and yoga quite a lot due to which I now have little chest uneasiness, little chest pain and little chest tightness. I have stopped pranayam for some days now however my chest issue is still not going. Can you please advise me what should I do for this chest issue? I would really appreciate if anyone can tell me any natural remedies to overcome this issue without any medicines as such. Also I did ECG and Echo some months prior to starting Yoga it was nothing back than I just had some acidity/gas issue for which the cardiologist doctor gave me Pantocid L tablets. Can you please tell me what should I do to overcome this chest issue now? Would really appreciate any help. Kind Regards, Manas

Yoga is a very vague and wide term. It is better if you specify what exactly you are doing during Yoga so that it can be appreciated if  could be cause of your symptoms.
Next Steps
Since it is a question of heart and chest please don't depend on Tele-consultation for this. You should consult a General Physician in your area and let him decide what investigations and treatment are required.
