Since the last couple of weeks, I'm unable to sleep at night but I feel very sleepy during the day. I sleep during the day from afternoon to evening. I'm unable to report to work as well. Please advise what i need to do?

I have pitting pedal edema for nearly two weeks now. It was lesser in the first week and after using Lasix it was gone. Since yesterday my feet have swollen significantly, more than they ever were and pitting has become more significant. What should I do? I was having slight blocked nose last night and took Wikoryl. In my room we use fan at top speed because of kid.
