Even after medication my mom is suffering from continuous dry cough.. Sometimes phelm.. Please advice

I have taken 1st dose of Covaxian on July 2nd 2021, but I got Corona on second week of COVID and recovered on July 27th. And I have taken 80+ days of gap from recovery for the second dose. I took vitamin b complex after taking it my urine turned green color and smelly so my question is it indicating defeciency or do I have sufficient vitamin b in the body?
