Hi doctor My wife is having thyroid and she is thyroid tablet from 6 years (50 mg) . Her thyroid is under control last month it was TSH 2.26 AND T4 9.69, T3 1.15. BUT She is having swelling almost 7 to 8 months with pain. Her height is 5 ft and weight 70kg. Is it happening due to over weight. Or we need to worry. Reports are given below HBA1C. - 5.7 Total Cholesterol - 231 Triglycerides. -. 141 HDL Cholesterol - 50 Non - HDL Cholesterol - 181 LDL Cholesterol - 152.8 VLDL Cholesterol - 28.2 Total Cholesterol / HDL Ratio - 4.62 I am a non smoker and non alcoholic. Is the report is not good? Please advise.
