So when i urinate i see foam, on 4th November i had done a urine routine, it showed negative for proteins. So why foam is still coming? Also i do get dehydrated very quickly... i read that thst foamy urine is dangerous which doesn't go even after flushing, in my case when i flush, it goes away.. so is that anything serious?

Sometimes concentrated urine can also bring froth.
Since ur urine routine is normal then there is no much tension that must be taken..try to take 2 litres per day intake of plain water (don't calculate soft beverages as a source of water).because some people sweat a lot, some speak a lot all these are source of water excretion too.
Next Steps
u can follow the above steps for a week to check for ur response.if there is no Improvement then u can well repeat urine routine with urine microalbumin.
it's normal in dehydration. So don't worry. If you don't have puffy face, legs or any other symptoms other than getting thirst and foamy urine it's not a problem at all.
