My mother 54 years old has cough for almost three months..however doctor has prescribed levokast and advised for CBC and Tc DC ESR and HB. Reports come normal. Now he advised to take levokast for one month. How many days the medicine takes to start working? From when the medicine reduces cough?

Dear doctor, My father is 51 years old. Recently in CBC blood report high eosinofhil count is noticed. He has also some itching problems during some days. Report attached. Is it normal and has the eosinofhil count come back to normal? Valuable suggestion please.

My father is having Cold and Cough. His age is 68yrs and taking pills for diabetics everyday. Is it good to take Paracetamol 650 mg for Cold and Cough?
