Taking tryptmoeter 10mg for chronic tension headache 2 weeks and since last 2 days i am feeling better . When will i be completely reliefed of my pain. Doctor told me to take for 2 months

I keep getting recurring stabbing pain in my clitoris and on touching the groin area v shape tip. I suffer from pcod so have irregular menses and need to take a pill for the same. It is a very uncomfortable pain and I have it chronically since a while now. Pain upon sitting and sometimes when severe, even walking is tough. Touching the clitoris directly is also painful. Pls help. Have done USG and no sign of endometriosis.

Mom has experienced twice an issue that while sleeping when she has slept on the right side, she experienced a severe pain in the centre of her chest. If she then lies flat then the pain goes away. And it is very random because it doesn't happen always. I was suspecting heartburn so i gave her rantac 300. . Another issue she is facing is that the soles of her feet get hot at times and she gets the sensation as if the feet are swollen or at times tingling sensation. After a while it will automatically get better.
