I've been having irregular periods for quite a few cycles. My period cycle has changed from 5 days to 10 days. Recently I've been encountering spotting on very odd intervals. I thought i got my period during the second week this month but i only had spotting for 5 days. Then i experienced blood flow a few days after for 2 days and then it stopped. I have no finally got my period and blood flow is very heavy and there was mild cramping too. It is now the 6th day and the flow is still quite heavy with mild cramps. What should i do?

My wife is 35th week pregnent and color Doppler shows normal blood flow in every part But placenta maturity grade 3? Is there any problem or What to do to have normal baby n delivery

Hi, I had taken my 2 doses of covid vaccine (Sinopharm)  in UAE during the month of Feb'21. I had later returned to India in March'21.
