Hi Doctor, I am consuming Ciplar LA40 and folic acid 5mg regularly since last 10 years, will be there any complications in future and this suppliments can be taken from any regular food? History: I had a small intestine surgery 13 years back due to gangerine.

Hello Doctors 1st Fast suger test done July 24 2021 and result was 86. 2nd test done PP August 2021 and result was 179. Again fast sugar test done after 2 week it was 106. I stopped eating rice, potato, sweets reduce non veg as well. Again test done sep 25 2021 and fast sugar was 113 and Hba1c was 6.3 after this report I restrictly started diets, having karela juice in morning everyday empty stomach reduced wait by 4kg as well. Today again went for testing fast sugar again increased now it is 120.46 and PP is 149.76. I am very worried, why fast sugar increasing even after controlled diets. Please suggest what I need to do. Trying to conceive ...with induced cycle with letrozole 2.5mg from day 3-day 7.today cycle day14th ,scan report shows follicle cycle size 10*9mm in both ovaries with endomwtrium thickeness 4mm.report shows no dominant follicles.trace of free fluid in pod.what does it mean?anything serious??does it means egg growth is not good.?

Doctor can you please give me clear answer I want to know if a person completed his 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccination schedule Day 0 3 7 28 so how long he don't need to take 2 booster dose? Some doctors says for 6 months no need of booster dose but As per WHO guidelines it's for 3 months so which one is correct? As i completed my last 4th ( Day 28) anti rabies vaccine 82 Days ago on 2nd August and then today on 23rd October 2021 a street cat scratched me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound? So should i have to take booster dose or not?? Please answer...
