Are vitamin D capsules of 60K IU safe?
I was diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency in late 2018. Then my doc prescribed me 60K IU Vit D capsules for 8 weeks ( 1 per week, ie 8 tablets in total). Then in 2019 may the levels were normal and my score was 105. As of now I'm again experiencing the symptoms that follows the low levels of vitamin D. Shall I consume again the 8 tablets (1 per week) of 60K IU? Is it anyway possible for this to cause toxicity? Or is it safe? (I'm 22 years old)

Don't take tablets without knowing the vitamin d status. Excess vitamin d level may also cause body harm.
