I have a sedentary lifestyle and i lie down all day in bed for atleast 22 hours a day for almost 2 months.Now i feel extreme tightness in my pelvis and cannot relax it.Do in need anxiety medicines fir this?Or it cab cure automatically?

I am working from home and rarely go out of home .Even without exercise i always have a body while going to sleep and after waking up from sleep. i lower leg have pain when i wake up from sleep and start walking but after walking for sometime it works ok .. I am always having pain in lower leg and back.pls let me know what can be the reason for it.

I do not drink coffee and tea often. Just drink when meeting friends outside or when going as guest to someone's house. During these days, I sleep very late. I mean, if I sleep by 11 pm daily, on coffee/tea consumption days, I sleep by 1 or 2 am after lot of struggles. Why is that so? I never seen someone saying similar complaint like me. I feel it's very abnormal.

Why do I feel sometime pulsating sensation in my thighs or under biceps. It feels like something is beating. I feel only under thigh and on biceps.

Hello Sir/Madam From past 10 years I am suffering with anxiety somatization disorder( symptoms : sudden fast heart beat and panic attack). As per Doctor's advice I am taking betacap TR 40mg -1 once in a day. I have some what recovered from past symptoms but now a days I experienced frequent panic attacks . Finally one of my friends uncle (Doctor at Osmania Hyderabad) adviced me for Vitamin B12 test. I got lower levels of vitamin B12 in that result. Was there any co relation between vitamin B12 deficiency & anxiety, panic disorder. Sir/Madam please clarify my doubt & suggest me what to do

Dear dr from past 3 days i have been suffering from runny nose and sore throat but today my right ear stated aching . I feel some pressure on my ear. I am taking Azithromycin and paracetamol from 2 days please help me to cute my earache its so disturbing

I have been suffering from low grade fever, chronic fatigue, weight-loss, tiredness, low energy, muscle weakness and  unable to focus for the last 5 months. It's been to the point of affecting my day to day activities, being unable to work I had to take time off from work. Even simple tasks exert me a lot, makes me tired and weak. Since then I have taken some lab work hoping for a diagnosis and treatment with no luck. Labs taken so far are: Complete blood panel, chest x-ray, ECG and thyroid . But no findings to get a diagnosis or specialist referral. This is significantly impacting my life in all areas. Need advise on what I can do to get to a diagnosis and treatment for the above. Any help on which specialist to see or what additional tests to take to reach a diagnosis will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Can we take zitcare multivitamin tablets after 1st dose of covid injection. I took my vaccination yesterday and took zitcare (which I have been taking since 10days ). Will it affect it any ways?

My husband( 32 years) is having second dose completion timeline in 5 days.But He got fever 5 days back and  recovered from fever still he has cold ...Can we take second dose of covidsheild?? Please suggest..
